Nonostante questo, <\/span><b>i parcheggi dedicati<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (rastrelliere e stalli) non sempre sono dove servono. Il risultato:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mezzi lasciati in punti sensibili (passaggi pedonali, fermate, accessi);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">conflitto tra utenti, residenti e commercianti;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">richieste di \u201cmetterne di pi\u00f9\u201d senza un criterio condiviso.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>L\u2019idea guida: i dati raccontano la domanda reale<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I mezzi di micromobilit\u00e0 (privati e in sharing) si muovono e si fermano ogni giorno in migliaia di punti. <\/span><b>Dove si fermano pi\u00f9 spesso<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e8 un <\/span><b>segnale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (proxy) di <\/span><b>domanda di sosta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se in una zona vediamo <\/span><\/i><b><i>accumuli ripetuti<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> di mezzi, \u00e8 probabile che <\/span><\/i><b><i>manchino<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> punti di sosta ordinata in quel raggio.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usando questi dati, possiamo <\/span><b>mappare la pressione reale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e confrontarla con la <\/span><b>rete attuale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> di rastrelliere: cos\u00ec emergono i <\/span><b>gap<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (zone scoperte) e le <\/span><b>ridondanze<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (zone gi\u00e0 ben servite, o addirittura con pi\u00f9 capacit\u00e0 del necessario).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Metodologia, spiegata semplice<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Dati in ingresso<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Posizioni e orari<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> di sosta dei mezzi di micromobilit\u00e0 (aggregati e anonimi);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mappa delle rastrelliere<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> esistenti (posizione e capacit\u00e0);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Griglia cittadina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: il territorio \u00e8 suddiviso in quadranti regolari (celle) per confronti omogenei.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Lo strumento: Urbiverse di SWITCH<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per evitare decisioni \u201ca sentimento\u201d, <\/span><b>Urbiverse<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> analizza automaticamente i pattern di sosta a livello di micro-cella urbana e <\/span><b>individua gli \u201caccumuli\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> che indicano domanda non servita di parcheggio bici.
